CHRISTMAS LOOKBOOK | EVENING
I thought a classic Christmas party dress (left on Ashleigh) was the best look to start this lookbook off with. A little silver sparkle on a classic black midi dress is always a winner in the closet for a last minute outfit. I love the low cut in the middle, as this dress is a midi, showing a little cleavage is perfectly acceptable. For my look, I have gone for my rouge shirt as this is such a festive colour and the gold chain (part of the shirt) just had that extra festive feel whilst still looking chic.

If you’re going out and still want to stay warm and you’re more of a trouser person, I found this white zip-up blazer (but I am wearing it as a top) with a beige colour bodysuit underneath. I love the big puffed out ruffles at the bottom of this blazer, it doesn’t feel too girly and adds so much shape towards the waist line. You can never go wrong with a white and beige combination, it always looks clean, chic and classic.
Ashleigh (left) is wearing the winter version of the little black dress. The mid length sleeves are great for a winter, I love how they ruffle out at the ends, it adds such a feminine touch to the dress. The detail of the silver pin holding the middle of the dress is also a nice addition. The lace on Laura’s (right) dress is so eye catching and unique. As this is already an interesting element to the dress I didn’t want to over power it with anything. Staying within the colour black I paired it with some black heels so the focus would be more on the lace.
I have noticed that most of the outfits in this lookbook have been quite dark so far. I wanted to brighten things up a bit with some festive colour. Laura’s (left) white dress is definitely within the spirit of Christmas. With silver sparkle covering the dress, I love how much this outfit brightens her face and tucks her in at her waist line, slimming the shoulders. If you’d prefer to wear something with trousers, I wore this metallic gold top from Zara. I honestly don’t think there’s anything more festive you could wear to a smart dinner/party then a metallic gold top. I have paired this with some smart black trousers.
